Network Rules


Open proxies are not allowed to be used on any server.
When you connect to any of our servers, your connection will be scanned and logged for open (and potentially insecure) proxies. These scans are completely harmless and does only happen when you connect.

Your IP-address and host is also checked against various DNSBL databases to ensure that your connection is not made from a network that is known to be used in common attacks..

We strongly advise you not to give out any personal identifying information or passwords to anyone. Staff will NEVER ask you for your password.

All users must always follow international law, and the laws of their country.

Network Rules
  1. User conduct
    1. Your are allowed to connect up to five (5) clients at the same time. Exceptions on this limit can be made, contact us for more information.
    2. Malicious attacks, including but not limited to spreading personal identifying data about other users, racism or nazism, are not tolerated on this network.
    3. Discussions or distribution of illegal copyrighted material (warez, movies, music etc) and pornography is not allowed.
    4. Unnecessary use of network resources, such as flooding, excessive use of clones, mass-messaging, should be avoided and may be subject to administrative action.
    5. Explicit advertising on any services is forbidden. Channel topics may not be used for advertising, unless the advertised service is the subject of the channel.
    6. Treat others as you would like to be treated yourself. Always be polite and have a little faith.
    7. Drones and Botnets are not allowed on any of our servers and will be banned.
    8. Denial-of-service attacks and other type of attacks that may bring harm to the network are not tolerated, and will be reported to abuse contacts wherever possible.
  2. Channel moderation
    1. You are allowed to register up to 25 channels.
    2. Channel Owners are responsible for their own channels. They are allowed to maintain their channels as they see fit, as long as it's within the boundaries of the Network Rules.
    3. Registered channels that are not used for at least 30 days will be removed and made available to anyone for registration.
    4. Channels that are not maintained in accordance to the Network Rules may be subject to a suspension and eventually removed if not corrected.
    5. Channel names, topics, urls and descriptions may not contain anything insultingly or in any other way be in violation to our Network Rules.
    6. In order to assign a Services Bot to a channel, it must have at least three (3) active users in it.
  3. Accounts and nicknames
    1. You are allowed to register one (1) account and group the maximum of five (5) nicknames to it.
    2. Registered nicknames must not be shared. The password should be kept secret and not given out to anyone. Staff will NEVER ask for your password.
    3. Any nickname, username, ident or host that is considered in violation to the general norm will be disconnected. Continuously use of inappropriate nicknames, usernames, idents or hosts will result in a network-wide ban. Common sense is applied.
    4. Registered accounts and nicknames will expire if not logged in to for 30 days. If you are going to be away for a longer period of time, you should contact an Operator whom will look over the possibilities of extending this time.
  4. Misc
    1. Virtual hostnames (vHosts) are not allowed to be used in order to evade channel bans.
    2. You are not allowed to evade network issued bans. If you feel that you've been incorrectly banned, contact us in the appropriate forum section.
    3. These rules may be updated at any time with or without prior notice.
    4. Common sense is always applied.

By connecting to our Network, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations stated here and at any server (/MOTD). You further agree not to hold us liable, or bring any legal action against, our sponsors and staff. If you do not agree to any of this, then you should not connect to any of our services.

We use cookies and keep activity logs (IP - browsers information - host etc) on our website. By logging in with your NickServ credentials you accept that your activity is being logged and necessary cookies are set.
The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to detect abusive behaviour.

Being on this IRC network is a privilege, not a right. Staff members from any of our linked servers may deny you access to this network for any reason.
